Castle Property Management is an owner operated company established in 2011.  My back ground is in Real Estate sales and Property Management.  Prior to Real Estate I worked in the medical industry for 14 years.  I have an excellent track record in customer service and feel it is the foundation for any successful business.  I have lived in Lebanon, OR since 1998 with strong ties to the community. 

Castle Property Management is located in beautiful Lebanon right off of Hwy 34 that turns into Tangent St.  All though Lebanon has been growing leaps and bounds we are still considered a bedroom community. Centrally located between Eugene and Salem, we are the gateway to all things fun.  We have the  Santiam river, hiking, biking, close to skiing, the coast, desert, mountains, and major shopping.   Over the past few years, we have built a new police station, library, fire department, and the new medical college (Comp-Northwest).  We just broke ground for a new Veterans home which should be completed around 2015.  We are famous for our strawberry festival every June. 


We have rentals in Lebanon, Albany, Sweet Home, and surrounding towns in Linn County.

Gail Thompson, Castle Property Management is doing a great job managing my five houses.  As soon as as tenant gives a move-out notice, Gail is on it finding a new tenant.  When repairs are needed, Gail handles the situation and cost is reasonable.  Two important points with Castle, my vacancy rate has gone down drastically and the quality of tenants and rents have gone up from the service I was getting from the prior local management company I was using.

I am so glad that I found Castle Property Management.  Gail and her staff have done a great job for me.  I had a plumbing problem with my house in Lebanon and Gail saved me thousands of dollars.  Gail found a grant program form the City of Lebanon and applied for the permits and had the problem fixed.  I wish I would have found her years ago, I do not have to worry about collecting rent and my house is being taken care of.  I can not say enough about the good job that Castle Property Management has done for me.  I am now making money on my rental.
