OFFERING ONE TIME PLACEMENT

We will inspect your home and make sure it is rent ready and up to code.  Advertise and thoroughly screen a prospective tenant.  Sign a rental agreement with your tenant and hand over the keys.  You take it from there.  

All this for a one-time fee of $150.00.
